I’m Lucio Dubini, an Italian abstract artist. I’ve been living in Malta for the last 6 years. Previously I lived in different countries and this opened up my mind and fed my curiosity around the world that I was seeing.

I’m mostly a self taught artist with few interesting specializing courses.

I do abstract art because it’s the most natural way for me to materialize my feelings, experiences and images and transform them into lines, shapes and colors.

I would define my works with the following adjectives: expressive, energetic, whimsical and impulsive.

For me art is a way to go back to my childhood when imagination was completely free and I was able to fully express myself.

My aim is to create something new with a strong visual impact and to bring joy in everyday lives.
