Join a Course at the Malta School of Art

The Mikiel Anton Vassalli College – Malta School of Art will be opening the applications for learners to join our courses for the coming scholastic year (2022-2023) between 18th (08.00 am) and 29th July 2022 (midnight).

The School of Art currently caters for 500 students ranging from beginners to advanced and specialized courses. With a strong team of over 30 art teachers, the school offers an array of opportunities for any student at any level who would like to delve into the world of visual arts. The school offers accredited courses from MQF Level 1 to MQF Level 5, as well as an opportunity to join the school in a more leisurely manner for those who wish to focus on the enjoyment that art gives.

The school offers a variety of courses from introductory courses for beginneners to more specialized courses in Drawing, Painting, Printmaking and Sculpture. Corses focusing on an experemantal approcah to Painting and Digital Art are also offered. Moreover, the course ideArti – Printmaking, developed in collaboration with Aġenzija Żgħażagħ, will give the opportunity to youths ages 18 to 30, working with printmaking techniques, to get a fully funded summer course in an international Art Institution.

The school will be offering Higher Diploma Courses in Painting and Drawing as well as Portfolio Building Courses designed as preperatory courses for prospective Higher Diploma canditates: Another great opportunity is presented through the opening on the MQF Level 3 Certificate in Visual Arts specifically addressed towards adult students. Now Adult students 16+ can embark on courses that are accredited and lead to certified qualifications and awards.
